How To Make Your First Call From WhatsApp Web
Open web.whatsapp.com in your computer's web browser, or open the WhatsApp desktop app if you already have it installed.
If you haven't linked it to your phone before, you'll be asked to scan a QR code using the WhatsApp app on your phone — open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings, then "Linked Devices", and scan the code shown on your screen.
Once linked, open a chat with the person you want to call.
Look for the phone or video camera icon near the top of the chat window and click it to start the call.
That's it — you're calling directly from your computer.
Moving A Call Between Devices
If you've started a call on your phone and want to switch to your computer, look for the option to transfer the call — WhatsApp will guide you through it on screen. The other person won't even notice the switch.
